Provider's employee Vinitha Rajendran does not have initial 30 Hour Stars Basic Training, Food Handlers Card, Bloodborne Pathogens, onsite or in MERIT. Employee is no linked to the facility in MERIT. There was no application for the staff member onsite. Provider does not have a resume onsite. Staff file was not complete during onsite visit. Provider does not need Initial 30 hour stars training, because of her Montessori credential. Provider does need the DCYF health and safety courses. Provider has completed all courses but the Abusive Head Trauma.
